I never realized what a big deal trucker’s mud guards were until I was reading about this Supreme Court case on the john earlier. Apparently, one state, I believe Illinois, had one set of specifications for highway mud guards on trucks. A neighboring state had different laws. The argument was made that this was covered under interstate commerce. All I know is some guy is throwing a perfect game for the Twins.
