Back when I worked in the retail game, I did a lot of driving. That was alright, though, because I had a debit card for all my gas purchases. They even let you log unlimited personal miles. I took full advantage of this while I could, going to baseball games in Tampa and making week long trips across the United States on the company’s dime. Now, I understand what everyone was complaining about when it comes to gas prices. I can hardly afford to go anywhere anymore now that I have lost the company car and gas card. I guess it was the biggest and only perk from my last job.
