I had to go to the doctor again to check ot the progress of my foot… or lack of one. He said everything is just peachy, which lead to me having a glorious day. I was so happy, I felt like doing some work. I cleaned up the apartment and got a few new decorative items from Wal Mart. Now people may be allowed in here again… It’s unusual that I get to go to a doctor without losing a part of my body, so you may not understand the gravity of my elation!

Well, it looks like I will need a new car, effective immediately. The company took away my company car as well as the invaluable gas card. Both of those things combined saved me thousands of dollars over the years, but I guess all things must pass. I am thinking I will buy a car with my combined vacation check which is coming in soon. I don’t really have credit, since my ex-wife Kim ruined it, but I guess I could get a pretty decent vehicle for the around two grand I’m getting in a lump sum. Any thoughts?

I can’t stand the guy, but then again who can nowadays? His approval ratings are in the toilet and he looks less capable of being an executive than the Devil Rays bullpen has of keeping an 8 run lead for two outs. I guess some people are just born inherently losers. Bush and the members of the Ray’s pitching have some gene in common. It’s a gene that allows them to get to the top, by grace of God or however it is they do it. Bush got to be president and those ballplayers got to the majors. Neither desevres it, neither is capable, but for some reason we keep supporting them.

I just found the ticket stub to the Slim Shady Tour I went to with my son many years ago. That Eminem, he puts on a great show. He has chainsaws, comes out in a hockey mask, and has blazing special effects. It is like one of those old hair metal shows, except with a angry white rapper unstead of gay metal rockers. My son enjoyed it a great deal, and frankly so did I. The craziest performer was Papa Roach, a rock band. He went out into the audience a few times, which was brave considering how rowdy everyone was.

I must admit I am a little proud of the boy, at least for now. His latest ambition is to join the local police force as I did. Good to see he’s following in the right footsteps now, and did it take long enough! He says as soon as he passes the drug test, which I will pay to see, he can begin at the Academy there in Tennessee. Also, he’s told me he plans to marry his hillbilly girlfriend as soon as she graduates high school. I’m proud of the boy so far, haven’t been this proud since we built that five star roller coaster together…
