I just had some lunch at Beef O Bradys. I got the usual, the garlicy corned beef sandwich. I would go golfing today, but prices are at a premium. I want to see how well I hit the ball with this foot insert thing… Good thing summer is coming up, all these old people and tourists will be out of the state so Floridians finally get a chance to play a reasonably priced round of golf. Two hundred dollars? Give me a break. I will go to the Admiral for $9, that is if it isn’t closed yet…

I got invited to Mike’s house the other day for his guys night out. Wow, some party she let him have. It was me, him, and Gus from the bowling alley playing Texas Hold Em. It was so exciting… not. Not only were we playing for nickels, we weren’t even allowed to drink. Well, I don’t drink anyway, but I like to have the options on the table. I am a grown man, well over 21. Also, their cats were aggravating my allergies severely so I was forced to cut and run on the game, up 35 cents.

That’s the difference between an Ex and an Ex wife, kids. An ex is someone you might actually miss, someone you felt special with. An Ex Wife is a horrible leach, who will suck away everything you have. This is most true in my case and the prime reason I will never get married again. I need a new computer, and I can’t get financed for it. A frickin’ six hundred dollar laptop won’t be approved. If it wasn’t for Kim ruining my credit when we broke up, life would be a lot better. I never should have met that evil woman. I do, however, love my kids.

I love Texas Hold Em. Love it. I spent my last weekend free from my job at the dog track, playing Texas Hold Em. The buy in is $40, and I enjoyed every last cent of it. I made it to the final table of the small tournament. I have always thought that if I can never go back to work, I can always get a job at the casino, dealing cards. That wouldn’t be too stressful, plus I’d be able to mingle with regular poker players. I can always put on my Brock face and fool them every time! Anyway, I lost when I pushed all in with a pair of Jacks. Freakin’ guy gets a lucky 5 on the river and beats me with four of a kind!
